Fix dns server error resolv.conf and disable 127.0.0.53 DNS on Ubuntu Server ...

Fix dns server error resolv.conf

add nameserver (nameserver 8.8.8.8)

sudo nano /etc/resolv.conf

and restart network manager

sudo service network-manager restart

 and

sudo apt update
sudo apt install resolvconf

sudo systemctl status resolvconf.service

sudo systemctl start resolvconf.service
sudo systemctl enable resolvconf.service
sudo systemctl status resolvconf.service

sudo nano /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/head

nameserver 8.8.8.8 
nameserver 8.8.4.4

sudo systemctl start resolvconf.service

Disable 127.0.0.53 DNS on Ubuntu Server

If you want to turn off 127.0.0.53 as DNS?

Disable on Ubuntu Server  ...

Edit:

sudo nano /etc/systemd/resolved.conf

Change:

#DNSStubListener=yes

to:

DNSStubListener=no
